Power recliner chair problems

I purchased this recliner and it was delivered Jan 12th. I am hearing noise and feeling springs move as I recline and come back up.I don't think this is right and I need it checked out.

Technician ruined our sofa

We had a minor flaw on our leather sofa. A technician came out and first used the wrong color and then removed it with a bleaching agent.

We now have a large stain that we have to cover with a blanket. He was inexperienced and did not practice blending on a swatch we offered him initially. He literally ran out of our house.

Cardis will order the leather which may take several months to come in. Then, they will remove the sofa and take it to their repair shop.

They will need to take the sofa apart to replace the cushions. The sofa has two recliners that are electrical and all the wires are under the chairs.

Not hopeful that the leather will match or that the sofa will ever be the same.

User's recommendation: Be wary of technicians if you have the extended warranty. Ask them about their experience before they touch anything.

I went to cardis in attleboro I was picking up a bed the guy he took the paper in his hand I ask him about the mattresses he went to show me one he show it to me and he ask me if I like I didn't even answer back if I like it or no another customer walk buy he show it to him and he ignored me an d I kept waiting to he ask me what I want to do if I want to buy it or not he walk w8th the other customer and sold it to him without me knowing

Because I am smart I follow them and I find that he already sold it to him I talk to manager and i explained to him what happened he stood in his side I wasn't happy for what happened and I will never go to the store no more

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I had to pay the difference for a new mattress with no opportunity to return this new one of it is also defective but I am satisfied.

Hello! I had a technician come out over a week ago, I believe March 31, to measure my full mattress.

My complaint is that it sinks in the middle yet has firm edges, therefore my partner and I roll into the middle and can't roll back up onto the edge. After not hearing anything, leaving a voicemail and finally reaching a human, we were told there was no finding of defect in the mattress. We find this hard to believe as clearly I can sink my fingers about four inches into the center, well beyond the 1.5" allowed for replacement. It was suggested we submit photos for further review.

I can send pictures but see no way to attach them here. Please furnish a direct email address so we can get this issue resolved finally.

We are losing sleep each night and would appreciate the courtesy of a quick resolution. Thank you!

User's recommendation: Apparently mattresses soften over time, so do go with the firmer mattress and always use a mattress protector in case you do need to take advantage of the warranty!

Furniture delivered damaged

Tear in leather power recliner. Was brought to my attention before it was removed from the truck. They took photos and contacted customer service. Agreed to leave damaged chair until customer service rep spoke to management. I have been trying v/m, email and phone numbers to store sales person ad well as store where purchased. Keep getting recorded message and advised to use email. I was not originally pissed off but am now I guess I need to wait for Denise.

Broken furniture

Furniture delivered on March 30. On April 7 my wife was sliding the cocktail table Across the floor and leg of cocktail table came off. It is evident that the glue and single staple holding leg on to table failed. Multiple joints of the leg also are broken just from moving table 1 ft.

Upset Customer

I purchased a sectional in September 2021. within 6 months the cushions were all caved in and the material was all pilling.

A technician was sent to my home to fix the problems, he was there for 5 hours and didn't leave my home until almost 10 at night. It was a total waste of time because the problem with the cushions came right back as soon as you sat on the couch. I called and explained this to one of your C.S.reps and was told that they would order new higher density cores for the sectional and when they came in they would send a technician out again to replace the old ones. Meanwhile I called to check on the status and was told that they only ordered 3 cores and a chaise core.

I have 5 cushions and a chaise. He assured me that he was going to order the 2 additional cores and I would get contacted when they were in. So, today I get a call to make an appointment for them to come replace the cores and am told that they are replacing them with the same exact cores I have now. My question is WHY???

I don't want the same crap that's in there now but was told that this is what you do, you don't replace cores with higher density cores, so I am confused as to why I was told that in the first place. The Rep I spoke with today didn't seem to even know what she was doing or saying, at first she couldn't locate where the cores were but yet she was calling to schedule appointment. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and I am not happy. I paid cash for all the furniture I bought and now it seems I have to fight to get something resolved that's not my fault.

I am not going to have to go through every 3 months, calling to get cores replaced, I will just take my money back, you can take your sectional back and I will go somewhere else to buy a new living room set.

You would think a company with a reputation like yours you would go above and beyond to make your customers happy, but I guess that's not part of your customer service. To say the least I am very disappointed and I will never recommend Cardi's to anyone looking for furniture...

Issue with a sale

I had to call about a purchase I made in 2020 my mattress is sinking on the left and right side and a lump in the middle. I have protection warranty. So it took me two days to contact someone. However the agent I talked to was very helpful and she set up a service appointment. I'm so grateful because this mattress shouldn't be sinking . 949.00 is a lot of money to have back pains. But I believe Cardi's will make it right.
